About
With a background in biology and a strong interest in healthcare, my goal was to make a difference in people’s lives.
Along the way, I discovered how powerful and innovative technology can be in solving real-world problems more efficiently,
as it led me to pursue software engineering at UCI. I’m currently learning full-stack web development through the OdinProject and building tools
that are both meaningful and easy to use as I continue my education in this field.
My experience as a STEAM instructor and in healthcare strengthened my ability to adapt in fast-paced environments, communicate clearly and
collaborate well with diverse teams. These roles have taught me the importance of empathy in both technology and teamwork, and I strive to bring that
same mindset to every project I take on.
I enjoy developing projects and solutions that combine both technical and functional efficiency. I hope to create software that not only meets user needs, but also enhances their experience.
As I continue with my journey, I’m excited to grow beyond web development and eventually develop innovative software across broader platforms.

BVU EDU Website
Developed responsive web pages, navigation components, and contact forms for BVU EDU’s tutoring platform.
Improved accessibility and mobile performance through clean, user-friendly layouts. Worked across multiple
pages to ensure design consistency, functionality, and a professional brand presence.
Rock, Paper, Scissors Game
Developed a Rock, Paper, Scissors game using HTML and JavaScript through the OdinProject guidelines. Added CSS styles to personalize design and layout.
Implemented interactive features such as score tracking, reset functionality, and dynamic UI updates.
Focused on creating a responsive design that works across various devices and screen sizes.
Discord Figma Redesign
Redesigned Discord overlay in Figma to create a cleaner and accessible interface through class project. Utilized Norman’s Principles, the Eight Golden Rules,
WCAG guidelines, and Gestalt principles. Overall project process included user research, expert reviews, wireframing, high-fidelity mockups,
and an interactive prototype. Final design streamlines navigation, simplifies layout, and enhances usability for both new and returning users.

Sephora Figma Redesign & Prototype
Created a mobile and desktop redesign of Sephora in Figma for personal learning. Practiced basic interactions, controls, and components. Focused on highlighting deals, store locations,
and featured products while reducing clutter and confusing navigation. Removed unnecessary sections, emphasized main categories, and made browsing faster without excessive scrolling.
